ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet.
- 1/2 kg tomatoes.
- 2 onions.
- 2 carrots.
- 2 tsp of juice of lemon or lime.
- 2-3 tbsp sour cream.
- 100 g of grated cheese.
- salt for taste.
- pepper for taste.
- herbs for decoration.
How to make Italian fish stew:
Onions peeled,cut into small cubes.carrots wash,peel and grate on a coarse grater.Salmon wash,dry with paper towel and cut into small cubes.
On the bottom of the pot put the potatoes,salt to taste.then the potatoes put the fish,salt and pepper,drizzle with lemon juice or lime.the flavour is amazing.then the fish put chopped onions,grated carrots.
On the top of the vegetables and fish,put sour cream and pour 50-70 ml of water.cover the pots with lids and put place in oven.bake at 180 degree for 40-60 min.For 10 for 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
Garnish it with greens and serve.
