Mutton kebabs.
About 1 to 2 hours are required to make mutton kababs.
mutton kebabs recipe:
ingredients:- 1 cup bengal gram(chana daal)
- 1/2 kg mutton(bone-less)
- 2 tbls ginger (adrak)
- 2 tbls garlic(lassan).
- 2 tbls cumin seeds (zeera)
- 2 brown cardamoms(moti ilaichi)
- 4 green cardamoms( choti ilaichi)
- 1 tbls peppercorns(kalimirch)
- 1 cinnamon (4inch)
- 8 cloves(laung)
- 2 bay leaf.
- a large pinch nutmeg.
- 1/2 tblsp Mace.
- 6-7 red chilies.
- 2 medium onions chopped.
- 4 coriander leaves.
- 2 cup water.
How to make mutton kebabs:
Mix all ingredients in pressure cooker except onions,coriander leaves,green chilies.close the cooker ,bring to ful pressure on high heat then reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.Remove cooker from heat and allow to cool naturally.open cooker and grinde the whole ingredients.on other hand,in a pan,heat oil for about 3 minutes,add chopped onions and green chilies.fry till onions ar pale brown.then mix fry onions and chilies into grinde paste.add coriander leaves into stuffing.make small meat balls using your palms and fry them.
serve them with chopped onions and lemon.
if you are first to cook it then you should try it only for you not for guest.as you become used to then you can serve it to your Honourable guest.
