Zinger burger-KFC style zinger burger recipe.

KFC is a worldwide food chain. They have great response of their customer due to their taste.Here i am trying to tell you the KFC style zinger burger recipe.It is approximately same in taste to KFC zinger burger.zinger burger is the one of the popular burgers sold in KFC.This recipe is simple and easy to made.

Ingredients:

•  3             chicken breasts.
• 3 tsp        extra virgin olive oil.
• 2 tsp       lemon juice.
• 1.5 tsp   mustard powder or mustard sauce as needed.
• 1/2 tsp    pepper powder fresh.
• 6   lettuce leaves or as needed.
• tomatoes deseeded and cut to rings.
• 1/4 cup  curd or yogurt.
• 1/4 tsp   all spice powder or pepper powder.
• 1 cup     water.
• salt as needed.
• 1 cup     rice or plain flour.
• 1.5 cup  bread crumbs.
• 1  egg(organic recomended)
• oil for deep frying.
• 6      burger buns.
• 3/4 cup   hung curd or greek yogurt and mayo as needed.

Preparation of zinger burger recipe:

Whisk together yogurt,salt,all spice or pepper powder and water.Wash and slice the breasts if if very large.add them to buttermilk(yogurt and water).Rest for overnight or at least 4 hours.Mix together little salt,red chili powder and flour.Beat egg with tsp of water.set aside.Drain the yogurt water from chicken and place them in the flour and coat them well.Dip in the egg mixture and then roll in the bread crumbs.Allow to restfor 10 minutes.Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat until golden and cooked completely.Drain them on a kitchen tissue.

Making zinger burger:

Slice and toast the bun.Place the patty,then lettuce and tomato.Prepare a sauce by stirring mayo or hung curd,mustard powder,olive oil,pepper,salt and lemon juice.add this generously over the tomatoes.You can also add tomato ketchup.Place the other half of bun.Serve chicken burger immediately.
